Twynham Learning’s mission as an educational charity is to provide world-class education and opportunities for all of our children irrespective of background. It is our ambition to ensure that our children and wider community has the opportunity to thrive through achieving excellent outcomes whilst learning the importance of having strong values forming a moral compass, valuing their community and all partners within it, to provide the ethical character they need to take on the world and win… together

The TL “Excellence Strategy” is the overarching framework for delivering our exceptional ambitions for our young people, schools and wider community. We are privileged to serve and are deeply committed to providing education provision that will mediate the future success of our locality.

The TL Excellence Strategy was introduced following a grass roots consultation “The Transforming Learning Communities Review” during Covid which allowed us to navigate an extremely challenging period for everybody in the global community with an ambitious and aspirational vision for the future.

It encompasses the core principles of the TL Trust, humility, equality and community, with a robust plan for the future that puts leadership and excellence as it’s principal priority with exceptional learning experiences leading to outstanding outcomes for all of our young people. As a forward-looking Trust, we recognise the need to invest in our infrastructure and in our people to achieve the goal of being a consistently high performing organisation for future generations to come.
