Strand 1

This strand was prioritised to ensure that the basis of the Trust as an education charity serving its local communities remains ever present in all that we do. Recognising the value in diversity, tradition and the need to be a key partner in developing the future. It forms the principal approach to how we structure our schools working collaboratively together in local hubs and clusters that are representative of the community that they are located in. It is a core value that all of our schools are interwoven within the rich tapestry of civic life and local aspiration.
