We pride ourselves on being a Trust where individual difference is valued.
We believe in standardisation of process but see value in schools retaining their individual identities. We want schools to feel like members of a family, not like clones.
We see the positives in pupils and staff being unique; different to one another but able to all pull together through shared beliefs or goals.
We actively seek to understand the views of our community, our pupils and our staff. Our pupil leadership teams have worked together across the Trust to share their views on Pupil Voice.
