We are looking for an outstanding individual who will relish the opportunity to:

• Lead and inspire excellence across two schools
• Play a pivotal role in establishing and shaping a strategic vision
• Provide compelling leadership to ensure the delivery of excellent pastoral care and culture, enhancing the school experience for all students
• Be the lead colleague responsible for the quality of behaviour, attitudes and personal development across the two schools

You are likely to be someone who:

• Is highly resilient and tenacious with a clear understanding of, and the ability to use, pace-setting and challenge as leadership tools to bring about transformational change
• Is passionate about whole-school leadership and ambitious for headship in the future
• Is outgoing and enthusiastic with a positive “can-do “attitude and a solution-focused approach
• Is an inspirational and reflective practitioner with a history of expertise in classroom pedagogy
