Admissions Policy Consultations
Twynham Learning is undergoing public consultation to their 2026-2027 Admissions Policies and these changes are listed below:
Stourfield Infant School
Decrease of the Published Admission Number (PAN)
- From the 2026/2027 academic year, it is proposed that Stourfield Infant School will decrease its Published Admission Number (PAN) from 120 to 90 pupils.
Twynham School
Introduction of Stourfield Junior School as a Feeder School
- From the 2026/2027 admissions cycle, it is proposed that Stourfield Junior School will be included as a designated feeder school for Twynham School. This addition is aimed at further strengthening the links between local schools and providing a clear pathway for pupils continuing their education.
Alignment of Twynham Sixth Form and Twynham School Admissions Policies
- The admissions policies for Twynham School and Twynham Sixth Form are now combined to create a cohesive policy for students seeking entry at different stages.
The Grange School
Increase of the Published Admission Number (PAN)
- From the 2026/2027 academic year, it is proposed that The Grange School will increase its Published Admission Number (PAN) from 90 to 120 pupils. This increase reflects the school’s capacity to accommodate more students while maintaining the high quality of education and pastoral care that it currently offers.
Alignment of The Grange Sixth Form and The Grange School Admissions Policies
- The admissions policies for The Grange School and the Grange sixth Form Sixth Form are now combined to create a cohesive policy for students seeking entry at different stages.
