Familiarisation Programme

Decision Point 1 – for the school’s Governing Body and TL’s Board of Trustees to consider what they have learnt and to take a decision in principle about whether TL is the right place for the school to find a home.

Decision Point 2 – to review the Due Diligence work and take a formal decision about academy conversion.  The school’s Governing Body will vote to pass a resolution to make an application to convert to an academy / join Twynham Learning MAT.  Twynham Learning’s Board of Trustees will vote to give consent to the school’s application.

Decision Point 3 – for the Department for Education to agree that an Academy Order can be granted and for the wheels to be put in motion for the school to become a TL Academy.
