About the Post

We are looking to appoint an Operations Manager to manage the delivery of all non-academic operations for two secondary-phase schools within Twynham Learning. This role will be critical to ensuring that the operational functions of the schools are delivered to a high standard.

Twynham School is a very special place with an excellent reputation both locally and nationally.  It is a heavily over-subscribed school where achievement is exceptionally high, students are well-behaved and eager to learn and relationships are very special.   The Grange School is a much smaller school on a steep improvement journey, evidenced in 2021’s ‘good’ Ofsted judgement, an increasing number of applicants and a growing reputation both in its local community and beyond. Together, Twynham and TGS educate almost 2500 of Christchurch’s children, and share a passionate belief in education’s ability to ‘level the playing field’ of social inequality and to enable all children – no matter their background – to go on to fulfil their potential and have great lives.

There is an energy about our Multi-Academy Trust, Twynham Learning; we are entering an exciting decade for our schools, our MAT and our community and successful applicants can be confident that they will be working in a truly great environment.
